3 months advance level

  •  Introduction of Yoga by Indian culture that is Guru Parampara
  •  Prayers n Omkar chanting with Bijmantra. Gives positive n spiritual energy n the effects of Bijmantra to purify our body n mind.
  •  Preparatory movement. Gives flexibility to the body.
  •  Yogasanas - Standing asanas , seating Asanas , Meditative asanas , sleeping Asanas . Sun salutation - Suryanamskar with their Bijmantras.
  •  Meditation - It is very important for our mental health. To find out the aim of life
